I Don't Want To Grow Up!

Summer Is Supposed To Be Such A Happy Time, But Tbh It's Not. Especially When Your 16 And All Of A Sudden Your Forced Upon The Grown Up World Of Jobs, Driving, And Exams. Its Scary, I Really Dont Like It. I Have My GCSE Results On Thursday And I'm Petrified, It's All Nice And Well For Your Parents And Anyother Grown Up To Say "Don't Worry, Whats Done Is Done, You Tried Your Best And Thats All That Counts" It Sounds Soo Patranising (However It's Spelt) And Really Doesn't Help.
I Sound Like A Total Cliché, But I Really Dont Want To Grow Up.
I Wish Peter Pan Would Come To My Window, And Offer Me A World Of Adventure, Like He Did With Wendy. The Lucky Girl.
I Still Haven't Got A Job Which Is Annoying Because I Really Need The Money, There's Just So Much I Want, But Cant Have, It's Incredibally Teasing And Upsetting, Esppecially When You See Someone With Something You Want.
I Saw My Boy Yesterday, We Was Going To Go On A Lovely Walk And Take Pictures, But I Didn't Feel Well. Instead We Went To My Nana's, Had Lunch And I Did Some Knitting. Oh And We Also Looked At Pictures Of Me As A Baby and A child.
I Do Miss The Safety And Attention You Got As A Child, And How You Could Be Who Ever You Wanted Because You Were Little And Didn't Know Any Better.

Another Inspiration Is Wendy, And The Lovely Little White Nightgown She Wears.

  1. It's not quite the same as having Peter Pan actually come for you... but he can come into your life again!
There's a new novel out. It's different from the other prequels and sequels because all of those contradict Barrie's original stories. The new novel is faithful AND it's based on his idea for more Pan adventutre! Cool!
